You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh, not from readymade
gels available in market) on your face. Remove skin of an aloe vera leaf. Take/scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your face skin. Wash with plain water after an hour.

Hi, oral vitamin c is a good antioxidant. You can take it. If serums and creams haven't helped in the past, see a local dermatologist for proper assessment of the brown patch. It can be sun induced or post inflammatory, or just a normal brown patch. Treatment will depend on the cause. Kojic cream at night for 1 month and sunscreen during the day can be tried.
