What is your age? Any other problem like loose motion or constipation or loss of appetite. Do you have any other disease like dm or ht. Are you on any kind of medication etc. I need to know more to be able to make diagnosis. Mostly cause is related to some stomach problem. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach.
