For proper cleanling you should know proper brushing technique. For this you can ask any dentist. They will give you demo. And start using dental floss to take out any remaining food particles inbetween two teeth. Use mouthwash twice daily to keep your mouth germ free and add freshness.

I'M 23. I read that pcos causes diabetes? I had a scan in sept 2015 that showed polycystic appearing ovaries. I have been having problems like period cycle lasting 3 days instead of normal 5 days since 2 cycles. Bitter sour taste in mouth. Acne on forehead since a month (I never had acne problems even as a teenager). Etc. My thyroid test (done in Aug 2015) is normal. So could diabetes be the cause of my problem?

I am 20 years old male, from several months i'm facing digestive issues, sometimes I get loose motions and if not that, the stools are mostly in liquid state, and on a regular basis I have mild stomach pain after I eat anything especially when I eat anything spicy or outside food, the next day itself I get loose motions and because of that my body is also losing weight, i'm now 49 kgs when last checked and my height is 5 ft 7 inches so i'm under weight also, I had shown it to my physician and he had given me medicines for a month for indigestion, acidity and also for worm issues but still the condition is same, I had also done sonography of my abdomen but the sonography report was completely normal, I had also had my blood tested and in the blood report many essentials like haemoglobin, etc were below the margin level, Dr. please advice what should be my next step? Should I show this to any gastroenterologist or to whom?

I have chronic ulcer problem, I continuously feel pain, in area just below my chest, and the pain sometimes spreads to my arms and legs, and my back (pain is in back area in line with the spine) did endoscopy, was diagnosed with bile reflux, but medicine ive used works temporarily then becomes ineffective, ive used epirax, ursodiol, bromazepam but they do not seem to be curing the pain. Hydrogen peroxide can be used only under the supervision of a professional only.
The symptom of bleeding gums warrants referral to a periodontist or an appropriately qualified dental surgeon.
