I have recently found white patches near my vulva and had so much itching over then but after consulting my doctor my itchiness gone away but my discoloration didn't rather my doctor prescribed me an ointment for skin discoloration and it was takfa forte but I don't see any change on my patches. You may stop using the cream for a couple of weeks and see if the white patches improve. If they are persistent, it would be best to consult a dermatologist to evaluate whether the patches have appeared as a result of using the cream or the underlying cause is something else altogether.
