Self management will help you. Make small plans which you can achieve. Actually start from following a daily schedule. Train your mind to do certain things at a certain time. Sometimes you will feel you are not able to do it. Then that is fine. Count the number of times you are able to do something. You can go for cognitive behaviour therapy and learn effective techniques for self management. Connect with people who have bipolar. For unknown reasons, the risk of inheriting the disorder appears to be higher in some families than in others. However, most people who have a close relative with bipolar disorder will not develop the condition themselves. As you can see, in your family if it is not possible or not needs to be observed
