Bonnisan is the safest and effective gripe water for colicky babies over the years.
However I would also suggest you to drink a little bit of warm water before breastfeeding and hold the baby in upright position over the shoulder soon after feeding this will ease the colic and also help release any gas in the abdomen

U have not mentioned name of medicine Place a heating pad or hot water bottle on your lower back or abdomen.
Rest when needed.
Give yourself a little massage where it hurts.
Exercise - Get Moving to Relieve Symptoms. walking, running, Yoga etc. Women who exercise regularly often have less menstrual pain. To help prevent cramps, make exercise a part of your weekly routine.
