The best things I can advise you is quit smoking at the earliest. There is nothing to get your lungs purified after smoking. In the long run will harm you.

The best way is to abstain from smoking, and then engage in pranayam, yoga and meditation. Also you should drink atlas 4-5 lit of water daily to keep yourself well hydrated.

Dear , I felt happy to hear that you left smoking. God bless you. You have smoked just for 2 years. Your lungs have the capacity to repair itself. On an average it takes 6 months to one year for your lungs to repair itself. The best method is to do lung age test. You may consult nearest physician to do this. Take care.
