Hi. If your skin is very dry and due to that dryness you are suffering from itching then you should apply Til oil (Sesame oil) to whole body before bath at least thrice a week. If doesn't work then just visit once to your nearby Skin Specialist. To increase immunity you can have Chyavanprash daily, Vit C (Citrus fruits) in your diet. Have your meal properly.
