Honey  is sweeter than granulated sugar, so you might use a smaller amount of honey to restrict sugar lavel in blood. More over little amount of honey can be consuned, of course with lukewarm water without lemon. Tk, care.

You can go ahead and use honey to make your green tea tastier even I do the same. Honey has no effect on green tea it doesn't decreases the beneficial effects of green tea. Don't believe in such things it's just a myth.
