-The normal intake of coffee should be 300-400 mg per day, your intake is much more than that, it may cause side effects like restlessness, irritability, headache, disturbance in heart rhythm, loss of appetite
-have a snack like a fruit or handful of mixed nuts which are more energy giving & do not have any adverse side effects.
