Hey lybrate-user. This sounds very stressful and upsetting for you. While I understand what may have led to the decision of quitting lonazep 0.5, but it is a psychiatric medication and the regimen is extremely important there. We cannot choose to stop taking it at will. It maybe helpful to reach out to your psychiatrist and complete the course of the medication as prescribed. obsessive compulsive disorder takes some time to go. Along with the medicines you have to take cognitive behavioural therapy. Have some patience with the treatment, it is of long duration but it gets cured with time.

मेरे दिमाग में 24 घंटे सोते हुए भी कुछ ना कुछ चलता रहता है । जब सोके उठता हूं तब कुछ ज्यादा ही नेगेटिव विचार आते है। जो बात हुई ही ना हो जो सायद कभी होगी भी नहीं । मै खुद ही पहले ही भविष्य की सोच लेता हूं कि ऐसा होगा फिर लाइफ खराब हो जाएगी । ओर एक बात है जो में सबसे ज्यादा सोचता हूं कि मेरी gf मुझे चीट करती है या वो ऐसा करेगी । जबकि ऐसा नहीं है भिर भी में खुद ही दिमाग चला लेता हूं.समझ नी अता ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है ।
