The involuntary urination in the bed is called nocturnal enuresis and is due to hormonal imbalance. Most people produce most of their urine during the day and very little at night. Occasionally, an infection in the urine or other bladder problems may cause bedwetting. Stress or anxiety may sometimes start the problem, with the wet nights continuing long after the stress is over.

Your son needs to be mentally undisturbed and you stop giving him any fluids 2 hours before sleep. Wake him up in the middle of sleep to urinate and then go back to sleep.

Nightfall is the uncontrolled ejaculation of semen during sleep. This is generally caused by sexual arousal and orgasm from dreams. Night fall or nocturnal emission is completely normal for males during teenage and early adult years. Excessive masturbation may have been the cause of your problems to begin with.

Daily to be put under tongue before sleep. (don't take water with or after tablet). This tablet would dissolve soon in 3 seconds below the tongue. Continue this tablet for...more
