Most likely it is postnasal drip due to sinusitis.
Use saline nasal drops before going to bed followed by steam inhalation on a regular basis.
Also do warm saline gargles twice a day.
You can take a short course of antiallergic and antibiotic if required.

Take only paracetamol. You can take a non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine. Drink plenty of warm, salty fluids like soups, etc.avoid outside food or drinks. Take bed rest after your exam to give time for your body to cope with the stresd.

with this eat healthy diet...
warm milk with haldi ( termeric) powder is good for you... take one glass of warm milk and add one fourth spoon of haldi in it... mix it and drink it..

The symptoms you have mentioned usually comes under Gastro esophageal reflux disorder. The most common causes comprises of obesity, unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits. I suggest you to reduce your weight if you are overweight.
