The best way to treat bed so as to avoid continuous pressure at particular point for which you can buy an air bed which has circulating air pressure points like feeling and ending pressure points that maintain body circulation. Also if your father is diabetes you need to take an account that the blood glucose levels are controlled tightly. Apart from neosporin you can use Himalaya antiseptic cream along with Betadine ointment which can cause a little burning sensation.

Dear Lybrate user, clean your mouth with betadine mouthwash 2% for three times a day. Take 10 ml of betadine 2% each time for cleaning. Use soft toothbrush and apply orasep la at the sores. Keep it for atleast 10 to 15 minutes before cleaning your mouth. Repeat this 3 to 4 times a day.
