No it's not cancer. It is simply an enlarged lymph node with some inflammation inside your abdomen. This can happen due to variety of infection including TB, Gastroenteritis etc. And also as a result of some cancer. Need to do further investigation based on what symptom he is having.

They might be lymph nodes. It happens due to swelling of lymph nodes. Switch on to ayurvedic treatment, it has very good remedies.
