Hi! Yes, bartholin cyst develop in vagina. You have any symptoms like pain, Fluid discharge, vomiting, fever etc. If you not have any symptoms it is nothing to worry it can be dissolved by itself with in some days. Take sitz bath 3-4 times /day water should not be so hot but it should be fair warm. Soaking in a tub filled with a few inches of warm water (sitz bath) several times a day for three or four days may help a small, infected cyst to rupture and drain on its own. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private.

Hello . You dont need to worry at all. Ganglion cyst is benign cyst. Treatment is aspiration or surgical excision but that too if you are having severe pain or discomfort. Else you don't need any kind of treatment if you are not having any symptoms. Thank you.

It depends on the size and symptoms. If less than 5 cm and relatively pain free then a trial of oral contraceptive pills can be done for three months followed by a repeat USG.
