Hiatus hernia can lead to gastrooesophageal reflux disease which for long term can be a risk factor for strictures and barretts esophagus please cocult a surgeon so that you can get youself screened.

Sir we don't practice herbal medicines, but in general intake of tulsi leaves, turmeric, wheat grass may be useful but since l'm allopathic doctor, I don't know much about it.

You have mentioned that you are anemic. In anemia there is a condition called plummer vinson syndrome (pvs) which explains the spike like structures in your mouth. There might be other few symptoms in like burning sensations in mouth, difficulty in swallowing, weakness.
Although the cause for this disease is still unknown but believe could be due to genetic factors our severe nutritional deficiencies.
You need to go on iron supplements and may be for mechanical widening for esophagus.more

yes it can be kept under control take cap pan L 1 od. avoid tea coffee, overeating, heavy drinks, strenuous exercises, keep head end up by 45 degree while on bedtime.

Please Don't depend on medicines only Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, rice, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc for few days Take Cap trikatu by Himalaya 2 after lunch for 3 weeks Cap wokride 21 1 on empty stomach Tab zentel 1 1 stat Consult me regularly on Lybrate till you feel better completely.

Kindly give detailed history of patient. Most useful treatment for cure is surgery, if surgery is no feasible then go for chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In stage 3 generally surgery is not possible, so go for CT+RT followed by surgery or definitive CT+RT.
It's all depends upon age, general condition of patient, biopsy, location of tumor. If we add radiotherapy to chemotherapy ,it will be more beneficial. Give ct scan, oesophago scopy report, age for proper decision.

no. make some lifestyle changes in order to reduce your acid reflux. For example:
lose weight, if you're overweight
stop smoking
drink less alcohol and coffee
