You can use fenugreek for tightening and increasing the size of your boobs. Take some amount of fenugreek and mix with water. Apply it on your breasts and let it dry for 15 minutes and wash it. When you will rub and wash automatically you can feel the difference. So if you want result frequently then do this for twice or thrice in a week.
