If you are not having heavy bleeding, take T Cifran CT twice daily after food for 5 days along with the meprate and it will resolve. If there is heavy or persistent bleeding, you will need a repeat d and c.

Because of my voice abuse, I have frequent voice loss and voice hoarseness. I lost my commanding bossy voice as well. .how can I get back my original voice without any hoarseness? I have this problem (chronic laryngitis) since 20 years. I am not able to perform well due to this chronic laryngitis. Any medicines in homeopathy to restore my original voice? Thanks.

Mainly related to immediate time during and sometime aftre surgery. Like any other surgery- anaesthesia risk, pain, infection, bleeding.
Very few may get complication late like infertility or abortion or premature delivery in future pregnancy

If you using older inhaler without proper hygiene there is a chance of fungal infection.
So its better get a throat swab for gram stain and fungal infection.
