We should concentrate on relieving the blockage and if stenting - ballooning is the option available than we should go for it and once proper blood supply is maintened we can concentrate on relieving other symptoms due to peripheral neuropathy

You will have to take blood thinning medication along with other medication which needs to be prescribed after clinical examination and it’s better for you to avoid climbing stairs or do any hard physical activity and you can take your judgment by doing a stress test every month but remember you will always be at a risk.

You can discuss with your Dr. and change to ecospirin-substitute called clopidogrel. You can stop xtor till your gas improves. Gas can also be treated with medicine. Suggest you discuss on phone for best results.
