Balano posthitis:
It is infection of the foreskin and glans in uncircumcised men,
balanoposthitis occurs over a wide age range and may have any of multiple bacterial or fungal origins or be caused by contact dermatitides. Dear user. PHIMOSIS is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 tim...more

Hello-
smegma is a natural body secretion which might become thick and smelly as a result of poor lifestyle. You do not need any kind of medication but have to maintain proper hygiene. Apart from that, healthy diet, exercise and timely sleep, these three things regulate the production of smegma, so better follow them.

There are many homeopathic medicines which give great relief in balanitis / balanoposthitis / infected head of penis. Good hygiene can prevent most cases of balanitis. During bathing, the foreskin should be retracted to adequately clean and dry the area beneath it.
I need detailed case history to find out cause and treat accordingly. You can consult me online for homoeopathic treatment without side effects.

Balanitis is an infection or inflammation of the skin on the head (glans) of the penis. In men who are not circumcised, this area is covered by a flap of skin known as the foreskin, or prepuce. Balanitis can occur in both circumcised and uncircumcised men, although it occurs more commonly in men who are not circumcised. Young boys generally are affected only if they have a very tight foreskin that is difficult to pull back.
A variety of infections and skin conditions can cause balanitis. The...more
