I have seen the details mentioned. However it is not clear whether her glucose levels are in good control as there is no specific information. If glucose levels are not n good control then wound may not heal fast or may develop some other issues. If pus comes out means there is infection in the wound. Folate should ideally be started from 3 months before conception. Doses may vary according to your previous history of pregnancy. And iron tablet are taken from 2nd trimester onwards if your hemoglobin level are within normal range.
