Whether you have early-stage kidney disease or you're on dialysis, you'll likely be advised to limit your phosphorus intake. Nearly every food contains some phosphorus. The best way to limit phosphorus in your diet is to limit foods highest in phosphorus, including fast food, convenience foods and processed foods, which may be full of phosphorus additives. Foods rich in phosphorus.
But as your uric acid is slightly high, you should also avoid high protein diet also.

It's the problem of digestive system.
It means food is not getting digested properly. Take curd as much as you can.
Cut back on fatty foods. Avoid fizzy drinks. Eat and drink slowly. Quit smoking. Exercise more. Avoid foods that cause gas.
A twice-daily routine of brushing, flossing and rinsing with an antiseptic mouthwash like listerine® mouthwash can help it.
