Bacterial vaginosis is a condition which is characterized by an infection in the vagina. The vagina consists of both good and bad bacteria which remain in a state of balance. No relationship to diet. White discharge called leucorrhoea is common and normal if not associated with other complaints. For this nothing to be done. If associated with other complaints, then needs examination by a gynecologist.
