Dear Lybrateuser, - Most likely very little amount would have been ingested which should not cause any serious problem
- have 1-2 litres if water over the day to wash off the chemical from your system
- report to a local doctor if you have nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or stomach ache or any other problem for treatment.

If it's Cellulitis, then Pls do take injectable antibiotics. Linid and phologam are used in serious bacterial infection but you said recovery is zero. Kindly visit nearest surgeon if possible for second opinion.

Bacterial infection needs treatment according to the organisms inhabiting it.
If it's just wound and not infected regular dressing is needed.
In addition sugars should be controlled adequately.
The other issue is numbness of foot. It indicates that nerves are damaged by diabetes. Unfortunately we can't repair the damaged nerve. HOWEVER WE CAN PROTECT THE LIMB.
Don't walk barefoot
use diabetic footwear made up of MCR material.
