Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). Hope your plasma treatment is helping. Other two medications you r taking is mainly pain killers. You can gradually stop those and see how effective is plasma treatment. As it’s new modality, it’s still under trails. No significant good results to everyone.
If it doesn’t work, probably needs knee replacement surgery. Best wishes.
