You can start with semi solid foods around 7 months n solid foods on 9 months onwards. After 6 months completed try to introduce with semi solid foods gradually and yes she can have breast milk but in limited amount. Try to check breast milk from 8 months onward n give her from semi-solid to solid foods in small amounts at first, no spicy, oily and gravy foods should be given to her.

Hello! baby should b exclusively breast fed till 6 months of age. Once 6 months are completed, you can start top feeds like moong dal water, rice water, clear soups etc. Start with one food item, gradually increasing its quantity,& then introducing other foods.
