Essential prenatal nutrition first trimester folic acid rich, calcium rich, dha rich. Folic acid rich food is lean meat orange n almond. Calicum rich is milk spinach, dates. Dha rich is fish egg walnut. In second trimester protein richnut milk soybean, fiber rich, apple oat meat, iron rich dried fig n raisin, dha rich is eggs flax seed.
