Yes .u may take .as the zandu pancharishta is just a herbal digestive tonic, it may not pose a big problem to take it with multivitamins.in specific, as the scientific data regarding the drug interactions between multivitamins and zandu pancharishta is not available as of now, I would suggest you to alternate the timing of either drug.

Hello,
the side-effects involves gastric trouble, weight gain, bloating in few cases.
My strong recommendation is to correct your diet mentored by a qualified dietitian so supplements intake can be curtailed.

If you have any specific vitamin deficiency then preferably take that vitamin only or if you want you can take other vitamins also and now the ques remains of which is the best of these two so it depends from person to person and various other biochemical, biological, etc factors so cannot answer which one is the best.

Hello
Dear lybrate-user, Vit-D and -E are fat soluble vitamins so they are preferred to be taken with food preferably with lunch or dinner. Better time to take them is along with the food or immediately after lunch or dinner. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
Take care.
