Plenty of liquid total more than 2 litres including milk, juice, lassi, dal ,soup daliya, coconut water etc.

Semi solids which are home made. And has better calories. I. E. Rab sheera kheer khichdi mung water. Sattu. Modak. Yoghurt. Curd rice. Mashed potato. Mashed banana chiku. Idli upma. Ragi etc are better home made foods.

Sex of the foetus does not depend on the food you eat and I will suggest you to try and try till you succeed in giving birth to a male child

Continue with Breast feeding on demand. It is the best approach. No complementary feeding may be done upto 6 months of age.

You can introduce semisolid foods initially like cerelac, mashed vegetables, mashed fruits. Yes you give cows milk.

Give your wife folic acid supplements 3 months prior to conception. This reduces chances of neural tube defects.

After the age of six months, babies need complementary food along with breastmilk. Fresh, home cooked foods which have a thick, soft consistency are best for babies when you start complementary feeding.

The only food that is allowed to be given to a child till her is 4 months completed, is milk. If there is not enough breast milk, you can give him other milks--formula or cow's milk or whole milk. But you cannot give him any other food. Of course, you should not starve him and you need to give him some supplement. You can try with formula or cows mild. Give him whichever suits him best.

There is no time, no food and no position which can help you in conceiving a baby boy. In any conception, there is a 50% chance to conceive a girl child and 50% chance to conceive a male child. And nobody can predict that whether it will turn out to be a boy or a girl at the time of conception. So, dont waste your time and energy in all these useless things.
