Things You Must Ask Your Doctor!

Going through pregnancy is an experience, which is truly unique and is one that an average woman goes through only a few times over the course of her life. Having said that, it is such a complex process that it is only expected that there are questions, which occur to a woman over the course of those nine eventful months, which need answers to. A qualified doctor is the right person to ask these questions to, but what exactly are the questions which need to be asked? Here is short list of a few of them.

What medicines should a woman make use of if she feels unwell during pregnancy?
Over the course of pregnancy, a woman is likely to feel ill due to a variety of issues. It could be a very bad case of heartburn or just a headache. A woman must ask her doctor about the right medicines for the issues. These medicines should be over-the-counter so that she can get them without needing a prescription and can take them without having to wait for an appointment. Generally, the doctor would provide a list of medicines to take in various scenarios. For example, in case there is fever with a headache, the doctor may prescribe Tylenol. Similarly, a fibre supplement may be advised in the case of constipation.

What should be the target weight and how fast should a woman gain it?

Considering that during pregnancy, a second and developing body needs to be nourished, the food requirements of a mother-to-be are much higher than an average woman. What this effectively means is that over the course of a few months, a woman may need to gain some weight in order to provide enough nutrition for the baby, without having her own levels of the same drop off a cliff! If a woman is underweight, this means that up to 40 pounds may need to be gained.

What are the exercises required to have an easy and smooth pregnancy?
It is to be kept in mind that gaining weight really does not mean that exercise is to be cut off. As a matter of fact, if a pregnant woman stays active to a reasonable level over her course of pregnancy, it is much better for both the mother as well as the baby. Also, the chances of water retention or anxiety are much less. Isn’t it worth to spend time exercising and avoid spending unnecessary time worrying on issues related to pregnancy?

In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

Spotting During Pregnancy? See a Doctor

Seeing spots of blood during pregnancy is usually a cause for concern. However, it is not uncommon. The light bleeding, which is known as spotting may occur for a number of reasons.

Bleeding during the first trimester:

Spotting is most likely to happen during early pregnancy and the reasons could be many, such as:

  1. Implantation bleeding occurs during the first month of pregnancy when the fertilised egg gets attached to the wall of the uterus.
  2. Cervical polyps (a tumour that form on the surface of the cervix) or yeast infection may also cause episodes of spotting.
  3. Miscarriage may be another possible reason for spotting.
  4. Ectopic pregnancy is another cause. It is the condition in which the embryo plants itself in either of the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus.
  5. Molar pregnancy is a rare condition associated with spotting during pregnancy. When this is the case, instead of your baby, an abnormal tissue grows inside the uterus. Sometimes it can be cancerous too.

Bleeding during the second or third trimesters:

  1. Spotting may also occur during late pregnancy and the possible reasons are listed below.
  2. Problems related to placenta like placenta previa placental abruption can also result in spotting. These are serious conditions when the placenta either covers the cervix or it gets detached from the uterine wall respectively.
  3. Uterine rupture is the rare and unfortunate event when a scar from a previous surgery (like the removal of fibroid or previous caesarean scar bursts open and the baby slips into the pregnant woman's abdomen.
  4. Premature labour occurs when your body is too eager to deliver the baby, usually one month before the due date of delivery.
  5. Vasa Previa is another rare condition when a baby who is still developing has his blood vessels entangled in the umbilical cord or placenta-crossing the cervix. It is extremely dangerous because the blood vessels may burst open thus causing the baby to bleed and lose oxygen.

Here's what you can do about spotting:
It is strongly recommended that you should immediately consult a doctor as soon as you detect any spotting during your pregnancy. Only a well-qualified medical expert can suggest the appropriate steps to be taken, depending on your individual reasons and symptoms related to spotting.

Selecting A Right Doctor For Your Problems!

Choosing the best sexologist doctor for male comes with various advantages. Most of the doctors have come up on top in recent years because of the rise in the number of people suffering from problems of conceiving the baby. Before any treatment, sexologists perform some medical tests. The sexologist might ask some certain questions related to your sexual needs and ask you to change accordingly.

Right kind of problem evaluation might be too expensive and include uncomfortable processes. If you think that these type of treatments get covered under Ayurvedic then it is better to reconsider it as the treatment doesn’t cover everything.

When talking about infertility issues in man, it is vital for him to produce healthy sperms. These must ejaculate effectively in the vagina of a female and form an egg. The tests of infertility aim to find whether the process is impaired. Apart from a general examination, the genitals might also get examined. Here are some of the tests for male.

1. Test of Genetics - This type of test is performed to know whether there’s any kind of defect in genetics or not which is causing infertility issue.

2. Test of Hormones - The blood test takes place to know about testosterone level with various other male hormones.

3. Trans and scrotal rectal ultrasound - The tests of ultrasounds help to determine about the conditions such as retrograde ejaculation and ejaculatory duct obstruction.

The tests stated above are few of them which are essential to perform to know the reason for infertility. However, tests should be performed only after the examination of a patient. Sexologist doctor for male discusses all the tests in detail before deciding about its sequence. Make sure to talk to the sexologist in case you are suffering from this issue.

Please help me. I am suffering from depression. Thats what doctors say to me. Please help me.
5 Ways to Fight Depression If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5.Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal. If you are happy with these answers please click on "useful” link so that I can know my efforts are not wasted. If you want more clarifications please ask me directly and not in open questions session It's not easy to say exactly what causes depression and anxiety – it's different for everyone. Sometimes a difficult time in you or your mates' life can set off depression or anxiety, sometimes it's caused by a combination of things that has built up over time and sometimes, there's just no obvious cause at all. Some risk factors for men developing depression or anxiety include: • Physical health problems • Relationship problems • Employment problems • Social isolation • Significant change in living arrangements (e.g. separation or divorce) • Pregnancy and birth of a baby • Drug and alcohol use. you can consult me prescription
