Do as follow:
* take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal
* take ginger & turmeric before food
* take hot water
* quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it
* avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking
* start excersice. I need detailed history for better solution & medicine.

Dear lybrate user with the limited information provided it appears that you are suffering form indigestion issues. This is a common entity when we consume a high carbohydrate load and our intestines are not able to cater all of it, which is then converted to free compounds which later presents as flatulence and uneasiness. It is advisable if you can start exercising regularly along with intake of high fibre diet and liberal fluid intake.

Take smaller meals, low in spices and fat.
Eat fresh fruits and salads.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday eat an early dinner.
Never lie down immediately after meals.
Excercise daily.

To increase digestion power you can follow these methods:
• Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds (carom) and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat.
• Take pudina (mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day. You can make chutney of it. Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion.
• Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal. Eat an apple daily.
