Yes it can give from birth only. Here we use swarn bhasma, bhsma is made due to sodhan therapy then make bhasm means rakh or ash it added in this preparation in very little amount along with other drugs like bramhi, sankhpuspi etc
it is melted powder form preparation gives with honey and ghee mix to lick the baby, and as it two drop will not produce any kind of stomach upset.

lybrate-user this is not good time to initiate medicine for digestion. Try to feed small frequent meal more and more for better result. And try to add 1 spoon curd in every meal. This will help gut biota.
