Light diet home made. Regularity in food habit is very important. Add some things three hourly extra to breakfast lunch and dinner. Add salad two times, fruits in afternoon.
Nexpro rd 40 one in empty stomach for two weeks.
Mucain gel 15 ml without water after breakfast or in empty stomach, lunch and dinner.
Nothing by mouth till 30 min. Diet must be blend means least oil n spicy. No fried items fast food, junk food.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.

Take smaller meals. Decrease fatty food in diet. Increase the amount fiber containing food like whole grain cereals, green leafy vegetables and fruits. Avoid fast food and white flour. Increase physical activity. It should be at least 150 mins/week.

Daily requirement of salt is 5g or one teaspoon per day. Normal table salt is routinely consumed and is iodised. Excess dosage may cause higher minerals levels and skin changes. You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.

Take small meals. Avoid fatty food. Increase protein containing food like egg whites or soya bean. Take meals 3 hours before going to bed. Elevate the head end of bed.
Engage in regular physical exercise (at least 150 mins/week).
If after 2 weeks of applying these measures there is no improvement, approach a physician.
