1. Increase fiber in diet. 2. Take one course of antibiotics (oflox oz) 3. Use pre biotic / probiotic supplements 4. Use psyllium husk powder to increase fiber content of diet (1 spoon in 1 glass of water 1-0-1 * 1 week) 5. If any associated joint pain / anemia (low hemoglobin) get some tests to rule out inflammatory bowel disease and parasite infestation.
