Advise biopsy. Until then hexigel ointment. You may need artificial enamel filling or root canal treatment for cavity. Kindly share x ray (opg or picture or iopa) if possible to suggest best treatment.

Hello
I got your point but the condition needs to be assessed.
It would be great if you could provide me the pics of the condition so that medications could be prescribed accordingly.
Take care.

Since 2017, I always brush my teeth using sensodine repair and protect toothpaste, and toothbrush having soft bristles. Often I brush twice in a day. Since last few months, due to a molar tooth in my lower jaw [left side], I have to bear lots of pain. Almost half of this infected molar tooth, has disappeared/broken due to decay. Whenever I gargle with lukewarm water, the pain in this molar tooth reduces initially. But few seconds later, the pain starts to increase. I can't eat anything from the left side of my jaw [near this decayed molar tooth]. Whenever food [especially non-liquid items] touches this molar tooth, after few minutes I feel intense pain in my jaw. Sometimes, this pain reaches my eyes [beneath eyes] and head [headache] also. See the photos of this molar tooth in the left side of my lower jaw. Note that, one premolar tooth in my upper jaw [left side] is missing [near the infected molar tooth, in lower jaw]. In 2014-15, the implant treatment of that premolar tooth, was left incomplete due to my financial hardship. At that time, the dentist extracted that premolar tooth, and told me to re-visit after 3 months, for fixing the implant. I don't remember, whether the screw [for the implant] was inserted/placed [in upper jaw] by the dentist, after extracting the premolar tooth [at that time]. View the photos of this missing premolar tooth in the left side of my upper jaw. Also note that, one molar tooth in my lower jaw [right side] is having filling [since 2017]. The root [bottom] of this molar tooth is also decaying. I can't chew anything hard [like apple] from the right side also because of this weak molar tooth. Sometimes, this tooth gives mild pain. See the photos of this molar tooth in the right side of my lower jaw. Fyi, since 2007-08 I am suffering from hyperuricemia and gouty arthritis [mild]. Due to covid-19, I can't visit any dentist for treatment of my molar tooth, which is giving pain at present. What should I do to get relief from this pain? Any home remedies? Are there any medicines that could help me? Can the decayed molar tooth [in left side of lower jaw] be retained by endodontist root canal treatment? Or, is it better to get an implant after extraction of this [infected] molar tooth? Kindly guide me.

The decay can be stopped by Homoeopathic treatment.
It is in one teeth and tomorrow it can involve other teeth also.
Allopathic treatment will treat the affected teeth but they can't stop further decay.
No matter how many time you brush or which toothpaste you use.
My advise is start Homoeopathic treatment side by side.
