Firstly you need to relax and don't be stressed.
Every problem has a solution. At this stage there is no need to panic since you are on the verge of delivery. Keep your mind calm and positive.
You can keep a simple and nutritious diet. Take more fruits and water and salads. Cut down Ghee/Butter/ Oils/Sugars/ Sweets and Maida based stuff.
