My son, 5 year suffering from pain near axillary of right should. During the ultrasound, multiple small lymph was detected. Kindly tell about the type of disease infected of my son and how to diagnosis.

From your description, it llooks like infection of the lymphnodes. Check head for any wounds or boils. Also check the teeth for infection. Continue antibiotics. It will take 6 weeks to reduce in size. If it becomes bigger, he may need a biopsy. Any tuberculosis in the family?

A21×7 sized and 18×6mmsized lymph node seen in right and left axilla respectively with fatty hilum likely reactive. Both breast are composed of thickened fibroglandular parenchyma & fibro fatty storma, increased in proportion of this age and pArity. Can it be a risk of breast cancer. please help me. I am feeling pain and tightness in breast with acute fever.

Health Query

I had tuberculosis last year on lymph node below the jaw. The node did not reduced to normal size after the treatment. Now last week I got cold. I had medicines like enzoflam, pantocid it, cetirizine and ceftum. The size of lymph node got lessen with these a bit. Then after the medications are over the node is more swollen then before. I am scared. Please help me with this.

Please get a cbc, esr and a sonography of the node
then visit a chest physician for further help
nodes can increase even in viral infections don't panic.
