Testicular cancer is one of the most common cancers seen in men in the age group 20 to 38 years. The cause of this cancer is not known, but there are treatments available to treat it and prevent. Symptoms of testicular cancer include pain or swelling in the scrotum and lumps in the testicles. This testicle cancer spreads in a very common pattern and the retroperitoneum s lymph node is the landing place for the cancer.

Each organ of our body has lymphatic supply like we have blood supply which drain into group of lymph nodes. These lymph nodes get enlarged when ever there is some trouble to primary organ they are draining. This may be due to infection, inflammation, cancers etc anything. Cervical lymph nodes drain mostly head and neck region. Reactive hyperplasia is non cancerous enlargement of lymph nodes may be due to some infection or inflammation. Need not worry.

Male breast cancer is a rare disease. As you have several lymph nodes along with enlarged nipple, you must go for complete investigation to rule out any infection or severe disease. So, visit to your doctor. Thanks.
