I would advise a core or an open Biopsy of the Axillary node, especially if they are planning chemotherapy due to the Axillary nodes only. If it is a Bilateral axillary Lymphadenopathy, it is treatable with homoeopathic medicines without any side-effects but it takes longer time to get permanent cure.
