Liposuction is a form of cosmetic surgery that utilizes a suction technique to facilitate the removal of fat from the body. Usually, the process involves insertion of cannula which are essentially thin, small and blunt tubes into the skin and is connected to an aspirator (suction device). Being an outpatient procedure, liposuction does not require an overnight stay at the hospital. Usually local anaesthesia is administered unless the amount of fat that needs to be worked on is large. You can go for lipo abdomen if you want. For breasts consider surgery if you are not planning a second pregnancy. Otherwise you can go for nonsurgical tightening which can give some results. It is a massage therapy with radiofrequency massage.

Gynecomastia is very common in males and even common in over weight people. Gynecomastia has both fat and gland component and the consistency depends on the body fat. Irrespective of whether it is fat or gland the treatment is same. Though not a medical problem it requires treatment for cosmetic reasons. The procedure is a day care surgery with liposuction and gland excision. No creams or tablets work for this. Cost may vary between 45-70 thousand.

In such cases, people can opt for liposuction, as it is a good option to get rid of this fat (usually in the upper arms, upper thighs, belly area and buttocks).

Liposuction is a term which literally means suctioning out the fat (lipo = fat). A blunt cannula (needle) is inserted into the body which sucks out the excessive fat. Laser...more

Large breasts are not just aesthetically unappealing but can also lead to a lot of structural problems including neck and back pain. This condition, called macromastia, is when either breast weighs more than 500 g. Breast reduction, also known as reduction mammoplasty, is aimed at reducing the size of the breasts followed by reshaping them if required. This will not just produce an aesthetically appealing image for the person but also can help relieve problems like neck and back pain.
