1. Do not keep cigarettes with you. If you are unable to control urge to smoke then gradually reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke in a phased manner. For example. If you smoke 5 cigaretter per day. Then put a limit to 4 cigarettee for 1 week, then 3 per week, then 2 per week and then 1 and stick to your limits.
