Please try to stop smoking at the earliest. It has many health benefits in the long run.
When you stop suddenly, you may get withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, irritability, lack of concentration, increased hunger, sleep disturbance, headache, impatience, anxiety, depression, etc. If you have them please don’t get back to smoking, take nicotine gum or lozenge or patch. 1.The best way to avoid Crackers smoke is to remain indoors. and keep away from crackers.But if you want to burst cracker then before bursting them try to find out the direction of air and always keep yourelf in the opposite direction of the wind while burting crackers.

Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day....take arshantak vati 1-1 twice a day with warm water...and take pranacharya pilescure capsule 1-1 twice a day...and abhayarishta 2-2 tsf twice a day..apply pranacharya pilescure ointment on piles....if stomach is not clear them take virechan churna 1 tsf in warm water before night...take fresh buttermilk early morning...avoid spicy food...junk food...fermented food....tea...coffee.....take slitz bath...you can take my 'piles treatment package' ...more

Paste a big picture of smokers lungs in contrast with healthy lungs. And may be draw a big picture of ear with smoke coming out of it. Place it somewhere where he can see, esp while smoking. Try him to shift to nicotine chewing gums and gradually leave it.

If you are an occasional smoker - with public messages, health awareness programs and your own doctors advice, you can quit. If you are a regular smoker, motivational therapy with a trained psychotherapist or a psychiatrist and enormous will power will help you quit. If you are a diseased smoker, consult a de addiction psychiatrist at the earliest. He may give you anti-smoking medications and de addiction treatment.

When quitting, you must take one day at a time; though you must give up all smoking at once, and promptly. If you look too far ahead you will get discouraged and will give up. If you sit and count the number of days you have given up, that will also focus too much on achievement. You must focus on the here and now, on that day to be precise.
