There is a good chance that you may be pregnant, as you have planned intercourse around the time of ovulation. The best way to check for pregnancy is either a urine pregnancy test or blood test done about 5 days after your missed period. The best way to confirm the location and number of babies is of course to get a scan done by about one and a half to 2 months into your pregnancy. Don't get disheartened if you are not pregnant. Heart attack generally is due to blockage of Coronary arteries supplying blood to heart. The blockage can be due to Cholesterol and sometimes thrombus and can occur over a period of time and may present as chest pain (Angina) or heart attack or breathlessness and with no complaints in Diabetics One needs to have tests, life style changes and stop smoking tobacco and must walk 5 km/day if there are no other risk factors.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To keep your heart healthy have a well balanced diet, do regular exercise, sleep well, reduce stress
- include more of fibre foods in your diet, green leafy & seasonal vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, legumes, sprouts, have low fat milk & milk products, lean meats, a hand full of mixed nuts daily
- avoid deep fried, processed, junk foods, restrict salt, sugar intake

- The symptoms of myocardial infarction include pain, heaviness or tightness in mid chest, pain radiating to left arm, shoulder,jaw, neck, back, tiredness, profuse sweating, giddiness, breathlessness, headache, nausea, vomiting, heartburn & stomach upset
- in emergency give a tablet of aspirin to chew, make the person lye down, proper air circulation at the site should be there, rush patient to the nearest medical setup with cardiac ICU in a cardiac care ambulance.
