I'm too scared there was no penetration no ejaculation no direct genital contact and no masturbation too. But i'm 10 days late I was being tested since 11 days idk if that's the effect but I feel pulse in my stomach cramps and white chunky discharge and mainly frequently urination I took 4 tests after 14 days 19 days and 21 days and all were negative.

Your description says no chance of pregnancy. Tests are negative.
So for period meet doctor (preferably gynecologist) for reports & hormonal treatment.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If this does not happen as well as the period is missed then do a pregnancy test.

We had sex 4 days after her periods and while having sex the condom broke. She had an ipill with 2 hrs and around 5-6 days later she had withdrawal bleeding for 4 days. Today is 29 jan 2024 and she had a little bleeding and cramps this morning. You have not mentioned date of earlier period and date of sex and that of ipill. So no specific answer possible.
General- after taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.
Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it.
If no fresh sex after withdrawal blkeeding no chance of pregnancy.

Normally withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it, but if have doubts about withdrawal bleeding- may do blood test serum hcg-beta.

1) from description - no chance of pregnancy.
2) unwanted 72 type tab needs to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex
3) after taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.- new counting.

There is no chances of pregnancy as precum does not contain sperms.
Even if semen present, then also, if semen dries up, then no chances of viable sperms present.
