Surgery for fistula even at the hands of experts have a recurrence rate of 10-15%. It's these cases that needs multiple surgeries. I would suggest you to take a second surgical opinion. And even if you insist on homeopathy. I would suggest you to go for Char Sutra technique from IMS BHU Varanasi.
