There are a few risks involving autism. These are: genetic, metabolic imbalances, low birth weight, having an immediate family member with autism, exposure to environmental toxins and heavy metals, fragile x syndrome or other genetic disorders, being born to old parents, exposure to medications and thalidomide, history of viral infections.

I don't know, since how long you are taking these medicines. I don't know the diagnosis of your disorder. All these 3 medicines have been started at a low dose for you to tolerate the side effects. After 2-3 weeks, it will be increased to an effective dose. Then, there will be improvement. Please inform your doctor about the effective medicine and dose of it, in your previous episode.
