1. There is an obstruction (ureterocoele) in the pipe connecting kidney and bladder because of which there is back pressure to kidneys 2. Refer urologist and get surgery as early as possible 3. Kidney once damaged can not be healed no matter how much money you spend 4. Take care, its only minor surgical procedure and your father will be back home in 3 days.

Normal levels are 50-200, so the levels in your mothers case are high. This mean sthere is an inflammation in the intestines.(ibd/ibs) there are mediciens for symptom control, but no real cure. Best way for her would be to have the appropriate diet. Her intestines will be sensitive to some food and she must avoid them. She should avoid spicy, fatty food. A diet change really helps these patients.
