Vaginal dryness is most often caused by a decrease in estrogen levels. Estrogen is a hormone that helps keep the tissues of your vagina lubricated and healthy.
Many factors can cause a drop in estrogen levels, VAGINITIS
Atrophic vaginits
Bacterial vaginosis

Hi Injuries which are severe can leave behid scars. There are 2 types of scars. Atrophic scars which are flat and hypertrophic scars which are elevated from skin and hard in consistency. If these scars are very small they can be excised. Hypertrophic scars can be reduced in size by injections and atrophic scars can be reduced by applying certain creams and LASER.
