I am hla b27+ and suffering from ankylosing spondylitis. I take nsaid (indocap sr) when required. My problem is I am under weight. I stay alone for my job, so taking a proper foods is difficult for me. So I am looking for some supplements which I can take daily which can help me to gain some weight. As I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis so I cannot take processed food, diary products and the good consisting of high carb and starch. So please suggest me some good supplement that can fulfill my requirements by keeping the above things in mind. Thank you.

increasing weight will worsen your condition. take healthy food. You can start Vitamin and mineral supplement in addition. avoid non veg, take more of liquids and healthy veggies. swimming, suryanamaskar are best exercises

I am diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in 2013. I had right total hip replacement on 4-mar-2020 in mumbai railway hospital, discharged from hospital on 18-mar-2020, returned to ratlam (m.p.) next day. On 21-mar-2020 my right knee started swelling & soon after 8-10 days left knee also started swelling. I have pain sensation on lowest bone of both rib guage occasionally and neck & back pain. Can't visit mumbai due to covid-19. What do you suggest? Can I take prednisolone 5 mg for a week? It proven effective previously, not taken it since a long time. Prescribed meds: saaz 1gm bd etoricoxib 90 mg for pain (not working much). Non-prescribed meds: vitamin-c (orange tabs)

Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. I had a acute myocardial infraction in jan 2019 angioplasty done one stint in my lad .i am taking medicine mor metalor xr25 and eptus t 10. And vaymaida 50 mg mor and 1\2 tab in the evening at night rosuvas cv20 tab. My ef at the discharge from hospital was 38% now on my last checkup it was 32% and my bp 110\70 or after taking vaymaida my bp goes to90\60 or 100\65 .kindly suggest me weather this treatment is good and my ef will increase in future.

Ecosprin av and clopidogrel are required after a heart attack. Avoid these medicines unless you have received a coronary stent.
Flecainide is quite toxic for people who require blockage medicines. Amiodarone is usually very effective. Amiodarone treatment requires medical supervision.

Ffor ankylosing spondylysis blood test hlab27.
U should counslt to orthopedics.
Dnt do self medication.

Hi Sir, I am 36 years old male diagnosed with lvh (-32) after exercise ecg test. I have normal blood pressure (110/70) and no history of (or pending) heart disease. Is medication any important or just a case of athletic heart? What medication is suggested if necessary? I am not an athlete though, but I trek and sometimes exercise (push ups) a lot.
